Our comprehensive sorting process ensures the highest quality of quartz lumps. This process includes initial sorting to select the best lumps, followed by thorough washing to remove any impurities. After the initial wash, the quartz lumps are resized to meet the precise specifications of our clients. Once resized, the lumps undergo a second round of washing to ensure absolute purity. Finally, the quartz lumps are carefully packed, ready for delivery. Our meticulous approach at every stage, from extraction to packing, guarantees the finest quality quartz for our clients.
Our products
Glassy Quartz Grade 1:
This is the highest quality quartz extracted from the mine. It is characterized by its exceptional clarity and purity, resembling clear glass. The transparency of this grade is almost flawless, making it highly sought after for use in high-end electronics, optical instruments, and luxury decor. The crystals are well-formed, large, and have minimal inclusions or imperfections.
Glassy Quartz Grade 2:
This grade is slightly less pure than Grade 1 but still maintains a high level of clarity. It has minor inclusions or slight cloudiness, but these imperfections do not significantly detract from its glass-like appearance. Grade 2 quartz is often used in the manufacturing of quality glassware, mid-range electronic components.
Glassy Quartz Grade 3:
This grade exhibits more inclusions and a lower level of transparency compared to Grades 1 and 2. The clarity is somewhat compromised, giving it a less glassy appearance, but it still retains much of the beauty and durability of quartz. This grade is commonly utilized in various industrial applications, including the production of less expensive glass products, flooring tiles, and as a component in concrete and other building materials.
Glassy Smoky Quartz Grade 4:
This is a unique variation distinguished by its smoky, translucent appearance. The smoky color ranges from light to dark, and it's caused by natural irradiation or the presence of certain minerals .
